About the Doctor
Pierre S. Gordon, MD, MBA, FACOG
Dr. Gordon is committed to ever continuous growth. After being in practice for a number of years, he decided to add onto his previous training, experience and knowledge of the body and surgical principles by obtaining intensive fellowship training in cosmetic surgery at the Mandell-Brown Plastic Surgery Center, an American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery accredited program. At the end of his fellowship, Dr. Gordon had assisted and performed nearly 500 procedures with emphasis on body and facial cosmetic procedures. Dr Gordon also maintains his original certification every year as required by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He has held a faculty position and continues to teach medical student and residents. Combining these two sets of skills, Cosmetic surgery and Gynecology, Dr Gordon is able to offer a blend of artistry and medicine, with a variety of services to provide more comprehensive care than is typically available. Dr Gordon is also able to reach his patients better as he speaks English, French, Spanish and Creole.

A breast lift, also known as a mastopexy, is a procedure that raises and reshapes the breasts to give an aesthetically improved look. This can be done by removing and/or tightening excess skin and underlying tissue.
There are a number of ways to achieve a fuller appearance. Every patient is unique. We will work with you to determine your best options.
At times men may develop fat around their chest. This can be a condition called gynecomastia. We are happy to do an evaluation and see if liposuction and/or surgery is appropriate to remove that tissue around chest.
Liposuction is a procedure that removes the stubborn fat that is hard to get rid of with diet and exercise. With this we are able to reshape specific areas of the body to improve body contours and proportions. This procedure can be used to remove fat in various parts of the body including the abdomen, flanks, arms, thighs, waist, back.
In an abdominoplasty, or tummy tuck, excess skin and fat are removed. The muscles of the abdominal wall are also brought together when needed. This can help achieve better contours. An abdominoplasty is often done after pregnancy or major weight loss to help you achieve a more aesthetic figure than possible with exercise and diet alone.
Everyone, no matter the age, gender or complexion should have a skin care regimen. You may be interested in maintenance, prevention, or treatment of brown spots, moles, rosacea, or unwanted hair.

Neuromodulators like Botox, xeomin and dysport can be used to soften the frown lines
as well as wrinkles on the forehead and around the eyes. They are useful at various
points in life. Neuromodulators have been used by people in their 30’s to delay the
appearance of wrinkles. Excess sweating, a condition called hyperhidrosis, can also
be treated with Neuromodulators.
Fillers can be used to give a subtle increase in the fullness of the lips.
A Mommy Makeover is a combination of procedures sought by some patients once they are done having children. It often puts together procedures to lift and reshape the breast and procedures to address excess skin or fat around the abdomen and other parts of the body. This can involve any combination of a breast lift, breast augmentation, tummy tuck or liposuction. We work with our patients to put together a personalized plan.
